Gosh, I was so chilled that day. Can't say, I was bitten by the words of a lady who belonged to my batch...

I went to office as per rules, was behind my schedule by 15minutes, but still i was optimistic to reach by time. Beyond this I was late, and top of it got a message form my colleague saying "You are so Dead". Worried, I was sweating like a Sahara Desert in midsummer. Rushed through the stairs, Pardon my LIFT SERVICE which always read as "OUT OF ORDER". As I was rushing through my hands touched someones body, and in a hurry I said "Hatt Jao Yaar", and BANG in the next moment to my great callousness of not seeing straight while rushing, I found that it was my Chief Mentor Officer. I stood there like a small child done something offensive, and SHE was wearing a Saree that day and my finger nails damaged the embroidery work of the Saree which was quite visible through naked eyes.
She shouted these first words "You are already late and now damaged my New Saree, What on earth were you thinking about, EXPLAINNNN". I replied "MA'AM, it was not me, but you who was standing in my way". Now she was all furious like a Dragon and me waiting to get bitten by her. She straightaway took me to the office and gave a suspension order for 15 days. I was so relieved. Chalo kuch tho baath huyi. The positive was I wasn't dismissed, just a pay cut and 15days OFF.
LESSON : NEVER TRY THIS AT OFFICE !!
